We had been exposed to several Japanese restaurants, but what makes Osaka Ohsho different? Last December 11, food bloggers was invited at Osaka Ohsho’s SM Megamall branch and was taken to a different “high” by their Flying Noodles.
Getting curious what I meant about “Flying Noodles?”

Matcha Teriyaki Tonkotsu
Consists of Green Cha Soba, Chicken Teriyaki, Enoki Tempura and Tonkotsu Sauce. Can you just imagine what it tastes like for a matcha flavored noodles? Guess what, it may look weird but this one would be perfect for green tea/matcha lovers.

Tempura and Squid Ink Soba
This one’s for seafood lovers! It consists of two juicy pieces of tempura paired with cold soba, topped with kani strips and partnered with squid ink sauce for a perfect salty and tangy flavor.

Bacon & Cheese Somen
Are you a bacon lover like me? (Honestly, who hates bacon?) Then this plate is for you; bacon, salmon cheese aburi, fried egg strips and cold somen served with cheese sauce.
Osaka Ohsho isn’t only translated as “The King of Gyoza” for nothing because aside from their unique flying noodles they also serves the best gyoza I’ve tasted so far. Honestly, I’m not a fan of gyoza but this can be an exception. Never thought it could taste this good.
Bacon & Cheese Gyoza
This one's my favorite; bacon bits, cheese and lean ground pork meat.

Original Gyoza
Just this original gyoza is already delicious. It was packed with incredibly juicy and flavorful meat.

Truffle Gyoza
This one includes mushrooms, truffle oil, scallions, nori sheets, white sesame seeds and parmesan cheese making it too tasty.

last but not the least, Chori Gyoza
If you're a chorizo lover then this Gyoza is the one for you.
