And just last September 2023, Cloudscape, a new multifaceted restaurant and bar, joined the busy area of Poblacion, combining art, music, and dining to create a unique experience for its guests. This establishment features an art gallery with regularly changing exhibits, providing a platform for diverse artists to present their creations, which guests have the opportunity to purchase.
Cloudscape features interiors that boast a moody industrial vibe, serving as a perfect backdrop for each piece of art displayed. On the first floor, you'll find the bar, some beer pong tables, and an area for live music performances. They also have a spacious second floor for more art viewing or if you're looking for a more private space. With great music and stunning artwork from various artists, Cloudscape elevates the experience with a mouthwatering fusion menu guaranteed to delight every guest.

Let's kick things off with the Cloudscape Dynamite (Php399),but prepare to be amazed because this isn't your ordinary dynamite. It features crunchy breaded shrimp coated in a richly flavorful sauce, served alongside sriracha mayo and honey butter dipping sauce. Now, that's my kind of appetizer!

Cloudscape Burger (Php495), features a juicy, well-seared patty made from high-quality beef, topped with a generous amount of melted, gooey cheese. Served with crispy golden potato fries on the side, which add a crunchy texture and a tasty, salty flavor that complements the burger perfectly.
Corned Beef Hash (Php499) a hearty breakfast meal featuring savory corned beef, perfectly seasoned and sautéed to bring out its rich flavor, paired with a sunny-side-up egg and fried rice, making for a satisfying and comforting meal.
Why not enjoy a plate of breakfast-style Sisig (Php499) in the evening? This dish features crispy, finely chopped pork, perfectly seasoned with a blend of spices and tangy calamansi. It's paired with a sunny-side-up egg and served alongside garlic fried rice.
Probably my favorite of all that was served, Tex-Mex Style Beef Ribs (Php675), an exquisite piece of beef ribs with a homemade BBQ sauce and grilled corn elotes, and fries with choices of side dish - fries, corn succotash, mashed potatoes.
Finishing off with their Cloud Tiramisu (Php360), Cloudscape style tiramisu with vanilla bean ice cream. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors, with the slight bitterness of espresso balancing the sweetness of the creamy filling.
They also offer several mocktails, cocktails and beer to choose from. Cloudscape Margarita (Php449), Surprised that this drink had egg yolk in it, tequila for the base and they've added cinnamon syrup and tabasco sauce giving this drink an extra kick.
E-Scape The Killer (Php439) is a Mexico-inspired delight that combines the richness of gold rum with the tropical flair of passion fruit juice. This exquisite blend is elevated with a fragrant rosemary infusion, creating a harmonious fusion of flavors that transports your taste buds to a sunny Mexican paradise.
