Azadore: Delicious Food, Amazing Vibes!

Azadore by Chef Tatung is a standout restaurant in Quezon City, famous for its unique mix of Hispanic, American and Filipino cuisine. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Azadore with some foodie friends, and we were instantly captivated by its cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Despite the restaurant being packed that Friday evening, it's no surprise—every dish, from the appetizers to the dessert, was simply outstanding.


Let's start off with this Azadore Salad (Php820). This healthy dish features mixed greens, romaine, burrata, grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, chimichurri, and a honey balsamic vinaigrette. It’s a vibrant and flavorful start that’s truly refreshing.


Caesar Salad (Php550), this takes a classic favorite to the next level, featuring crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan, a poached egg, garlic confit, and a slab of wood-smoked bacon, all coming together for a rich and smoky flavor experience.


Crispy homemade potato chips are drizzled with butter, parsley, white truffle oil, and truffle paste, then topped with pecorino Romano. This Truffle Chips (Php380) offers a perfect balance of crunch and rich flavor.


This Chili con Carne (Php390) is made with Azadore’s signature chili and hearty ground beef, and served with crunchy corn nachos, it’s the perfect way to kick off any meal.


Savor this Salpicao's (Php720) beef tenderloin infused with garlic confit, bathed in butter, and drizzled with rich red wine sauce, it was an explosion of savory perfection.


While this Lola Pura’s Lengua ala Sevillana (Php820) is a rich and comforting dish of ox tongue in a creamy mushroom sauce with truffle paste and truffle oil, crafted as a tribute to Chef Tatung’s grandmother.


Moving on to this Smoked Pork BBQ Ribs (Php1190), enjoy these tender, wood-smoked pork ribs paired with crisp coleslaw and charred grilled corn for a burst of flavor in every bite.


A variety of homemade Grilled Mixed Sausages (Php790), featuring chorizo, kielbasa, and morcilla, served alongside hand-cut fries and tangy pickled red cabbage.


This classic Greek dish, Moussaka (Php490), features layers of beef ragout, grilled eggplant, and béchamel sauce, offering a symphony of rich and comforting flavors.


Azadore’s Fried Chicken (Php670) is one of my favorites! Southern-style fried chicken fillet served with crisp coleslaw and your choice of three mushroom gravy or barbecue bourbon sauce.


Now who's ready for some delicious paella? If you're into a delicious blend of chicken, shrimp, clams, and smoked chorizo, paired with crisp French beans and vibrant bell peppers, then the Paella Mixta (Php1200) is for you.


If you're craving a rich seafood experience with a touch of squid ink, the Paella Negra (Php1350) —packed with octopus, shrimp, clams, and French beans is your perfect choice.


Loaded with flat iron steak, king oyster mushrooms, smoked bacon, bell peppers, and truffle paste, this Paella Bisteka (Php1600) is a hearty and indulgent choice for those who crave something truly satisfying.


If you're a fan of pasta and pizza, Azadore's menu has you covered! A timeless Pepperoni Pizza (Php880) we all love, topped with savory soffritto, mozzarella, and parmesan.


This Gambas Pizza (Php980) features shrimp with garlic confit and a hint of green chili, crowned with savory soffritto, mozzarella, and parmesan.


Traditional Carbonara (Php520), a classic delight featuring spaghetti, wood-smoked bacon, sharp pecorino Romano, and a generous crack of fresh black pepper.


Bolognese (Php490), spaghetti coated in a rich, slow-simmered ground beef sauce with onions, garlic, and tomatoes, served over perfectly cooked pasta.


Ready to end on a sweet note? Azadore’s irresistible desserts are waiting to delight your taste buds! Try their Almond Sans Rival (Php310/slice) for a luxurious meringue cake layered with French rum buttercream and topped with crunchy almond slices.


This delightfully soft and fluffy Purple Yam (Php280/slice) cake layered with vibrant, velvety purple whipped cream is also a must-try! 


If you're craving a moist, spiced cake with grated carrots for a hint of sweetness and a tender texture, don’t miss out on their Carrot Cake (Php345)! It's packed with chopped walnuts, raisins, pineapple, and topped with a luxurious lemon cream cheese frosting.


Chocolate enthusiasts, rejoice! Azadore offers this Truffle Chocolate Cake (Php340), a luscious chocolate pudding cake topped with velvety ganache.
