The Coze Café: From Brekkie to Boozy – February Specials!

I had the wonderful opportunity to visit The Coze Café in Banawe, where I got to indulge in their delicious food and refreshing drinks. From the cozy ambiance to the flavorful dishes, it was truly a delightful dining experience worth sharing!

It takes its name from "Coze", reflecting the cafe's warm and inviting ambiance. A place where heartfelt conversations flow effortlessly over gourmet delights and comforting cups of coffee or cocktails.

The Coze Café offers the best of both worlds - step into the first floor, and you’ll find a cozy, quiet dining space perfect for a relaxed meal. But head upstairs to the second floor, and the vibe transforms into a lively bar, where great drinks and good times take center stage.

This love month, The Coze Café is offering special drinks throughout February! Be sure to take advantage of this limited time treat before the month ends. Whether you're a coffee lover, a sweet tooth, or a fan of cocktails, they’ve got something for everyone with these exciting offerings!

Enjoy Cupid's Velvet Kiss Latte (Hot/Iced) PHP240; a dreamy blend of bold espresso, delicate rose syrup, creamy white chocolate and vanilla, finished with condensed milk for a sip of pure romance.

The Blush Rush (P275) was a refreshing fusion of watermelon and cucumber! Sweetened with watermelon syrup and vanilla powder, it’s topped with a cloud of whipped cream, making it light, fruity, and irresistibly flirty! It’s definitely a drink your date would love too! ;)

A bold and sultry blend of vodka, rum, peach schnapps, rose syrup, and citrus, topped with artesian well soda water – that's what the 150 Shades Of Us Cocktail (P300) offers! It's a drink as intoxicating as love itself.

The Coze Café, true to its name "Breakfast to Bar", offers a delicious variety of our favorite dishes that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. If you're also like me and love breakfast food but struggle to wake up early, don't worry— you can still enjoy your breakfast favorites in the evening here. :P

Let’s kick things off with some appetizers, shall we? First up is the Cheesy Wonton (P280) - crispy wonton bites filled with scallions, cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar, paired with a sweet chili dipping sauce. I absolutely loved it; you can never go wrong with cheese – it’s a guaranteed win!

Tortilla chips, chili con carne, cheese sauce, white onions, jalapeños, sour cream, and fresh salsa - this Nacho Nostalgia (P365) is perfect for sharing, offering a delightful mix of crunchy and cheesy goodness in every bite!

Introducing the Your Go-To Clubhouse Sandwich (P375), a new addition to their menu! It’s packed with layers of ham, tender chicken, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and melted cheese, all nestled between soft brioche bread. A classic favorite with a delicious gourmet twist!

The classic Italian dish Aglio Olio (P355) is also on the menu at The Coze Café. It features spaghetti pasta tossed in garlic, olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice, then topped with fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese.

Packed with creamy mozzarella, parmesan, and rich cream cheese, topped with fresh spinach and drizzled with spiced honey for the perfect sweet and savory bite, the Creamed Spinach Pizza (P365) is a real treat. You can never go wrong with cheese, but this pizza truly exceeded my expectations and set a new standard for cheesy goodness!

This Sisig Platter (P420) is one of their house specials, featuring roasted crispy pork parts, chicken liver, onions, and chilies. It's expertly seasoned, mixed, and tossed in their signature in-house dressing for a flavorful kick
.

Super Silog (P425)
 - The ultimate Filipino breakfast! Golden, crispy liempo served with perfectly cooked eggs, stir-fried spinach, and aromatic garlic rice.

Last but certainly not least is the People's Fried Chicken (P550) - a tender, deboned, crispy half-chicken served with creamy gravy and golden French fries. It's truly a crowd-pleaser! For an extra P100, you can also swap the fries for a delicious croffle.

There's always room for dessert, as they say, and who could say no to Hey! Knickerbocker (P265)? This regional ice cream sundae is made with fresh, in-season fruit chunks, flavored gulaman cubes, whipped cream, and condensed milk, all topped with strawberry ice cream. DEFINITELY A MUST-TRY! I had the pleasure of trying this in Zamboanga for the first time, and I’m so happy to find it in Manila, tasting just as delicious as it did back in Mindanao.

Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at The Coze Café! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our visit even more enjoyable. We dined on a Wednesday, which happened to be RomCom Night (Verona Vibes) - a special event happening every Wednesday this February. To make the night even better, they offer Endless Shakespearean Sangria for P499 or the "I Love Thee" Cocktail, inspired by Romeo & Juliet, at 2 for P450. If you prefer a more laid-back vibe, drop by on a Friday and enjoy Acoustic Nights while sipping on your favorite cocktails at the bar. Either way, it's the perfect spot for great food, drinks, and ambiance! Bonus points because they also have a parking space.

The Coze Café, located at 815 Banawe St. Sta Mesa Heights, QC, open from 8:00AM to 11:00PM from Sundays to Thursdays and 8:00AM to 12:00AM from Fridays to Saturdays. For the latest updates on exciting promotions and offerings, be sure to follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
